Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in new, resalable condition and in the original packaging as shipped. Items that have been installed, programmed, or physically altered are not eligible for return.
Items must be returned in resalable condition with all components included.
Return requests must be made within 15 days of the original invoice date.
POS Infor accepts returns for merchandise purchased from POS.infor.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
POS Infor reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Refunds
Warranty
All products, including refurbished and clearance items, are covered by the same 30-day warranty terms. This warranty covers functional defects under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, improper installation, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery. Warranty claims will be honored regardless of the product category.
RMA Requirement
An RMA number is required before returning any product and must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, customers must contact Parts Customer Service Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST by calling 888-432-2773 (Option 2) or emailing partsrsd@infor.com.
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns. If POS Infor determines, upon inspection, that the item is defective or that POS Infor is at fault, the restocking fee will be waived.
Refunding Shipping Costs
If POS Infor determines that the item is defective under warranty or that POS Infor is at fault, POS Infor will refund the customer’s return shipping costs.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Exception: If POS Infor is at fault or the item is defective under warranty, POS Infor will reimburse the customer for the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact Parts Customer Service at 888-432-2773 Ext. 2.
5. Sale Items
Sale items may be returned; however, the 15% restocking fee applies.
6. Missed Discounts
If you contact us within 14 days of purchase, you may receive a refund for the difference between the amount paid and the current sales price.
Refurbished and Clearance Items
1. Warranty
Refurbished and clearance items include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers functional defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, improper installation, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.
Clearance item sales are final. No returns. However, the warranty will be upheld.
2. Return Requirements
Return requests must be made within 15 days of the original invoice or purchase date. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning any refurbished or clearance item. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all components included.
3. Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective refurbished items, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Clearance items are not eligible for return.
4. Defective Items
If a refurbished or clearance product is determined to be defective within the 30-day warranty period, POS Infor will, at its discretion, repair the item, replace the item, or issue credit.
If POS Infor confirms a defect or fault, POS Infor will also refund the customer’s return shipping cost.
5. Additional Notes
Items may ship in non-original packaging.
Availability is limited and items may not be restocked.
Compatibility with the customer’s system is the customer’s responsibility.
